It was such a good experience from the time Mr. Harmon came to the house to explain the different models and helped us choose what was the best, to the actual installation. The installers were all very professional and courteous, certainly not in the least disruptive for what they were doing, and explained so clearly what they were doing. I can even program the thermostat, for someone who is computer illiterate, that's saying a lot. We picked your company because your sticker was on the furnace my folks bought years ago when they had this house. I do remember they were pleased back then. We are just as pleased now. I've used them for years for my house and my rental properties. They come when they say they will, the receptionist and workers are polite, and they do good work. In probably 20 or so service calls I've never had to call them back over to redo a job, which is pretty remarkable for this type of business. Seems like they're a bit pricier than some outfits, but having a problem fixed right the first time is certainly worth it.

I had Midwest Heating and Cooling install a new Lennox furnace and central air conditioner in the Billings heights around July of 2017. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time and they were reasonable cost wise. I inspected their workmanship and it was excellent. I highly recommend their services.
